Requirements for processing stone slabs

1. The slotting requirements for the stone slab processing of the short groove device meet the following conditions: each stone slab should have two short flat grooves on the upper and lower sides, with a length of not less than 100mm, an effective groove depth of not less than 15mm, and a groove width of 6mm or 7mm; The thickness of the stainless steel support plate shall not be less than 3.0mm. The distance between the two short groove edges and the two ends of the stone slab shall not be more than three times the thickness of the stone slab and shall not be less than 85mm, nor more than 180mm. After the stone slab is slotted, there shall be no damage or cracking, and the groove should be polished to a 45 degree chamfer. The groove should be lubricated clean.
2. Request for processing of stone slabs: There should be no defects such as collapse or hidden cracks in the joints of the stone slabs. The color of the stone surface should meet the design requirements, and the pattern should be checked according to the example. There should be no noticeable color difference around the stone. The numbering of the stone slabs differs from the design, so as not to be disorderly.
3. Separate the combination of stone slabs and stop processing according to the definite design.
