Stone processing methods and processes

Raw materials: irregularly shaped stones directly separated from mines.
Raw materials: stone materials processed from raw materials, with certain specifications, used for processing decorative panels.
Mao (Guang) board: a board made by sawing mountain waste materials.
Mirror finish large board (commonly known as large board): A board with a smooth surface and a mirror like luster after grinding and polishing the rough board.
Specification board: A board that conforms to the standard specifications.
(The standard size is 600 × 600, 800 × 800, and the standard thickness is usually 20MM, or the size is determined according to the specifications specified by the engineering party, with the highest price.)
(I) General board: a specification board with a square or rectangular shape
(2) Alien board: a polygonal specification board with a non square or rectangular shape
(3) Template board: A specification board with a complex shape (including circular arcs) according to specified drawings or samples

Smooth surface: After polishing and grinding, it reaches a smooth and lubricated surface with a mirror like luster.
Matte surface: The surface is flat and has no glossy effect. It is polished to a 500 # grinding head.
Antique style noodles: marble type: ground with a grinding brush; granite type: burned first and then ground with a brush
Sandblasting surface: The appearance is average gravel like. Processed by sandblasting machine, it can produce text patterns.
Burnt panel (burnt surface): After burning, the surface is mostly scaly, with a different color from the glossy surface. There are two types: manual firing and equipment firing. The former is used for irregular shapes and edges, while the latter is used for large boards.
Sour facial cleanser: First polish with abrasive, then wash the surface with hydrochloric acid and alcohol.
Chopping axe face: resembling the marks cut by an axe, it can be processed by hand or machine.
Litchi noodle: It has a surface resembling a lychee and is processed by a pneumatic carving machine.
Hammer striking surface: The surface is uneven and bumpy, formed by hammering with a firing machine.
Water washed surface: Similar to burnt surface, but the surface of the stone does not change color. Made from a waterjet machine.
Brushed surface: The surface is made of many grooves, which are processed by hand and imitation machine.
Natural fracture surface: The surface effect of the edge skin of the raw material.
Cutting surface: The surface of the saw blade is not polished after cutting. (It's difficult to display on a computer, just look at the physical object)
